Sunfab
SC
The Sunfab COMPACT LINE is a series of piston pumps with fixed displacements for high-duty hydraulic requirements. The COMPACT LINE covers the displacement range up to 108 cm 3 per rev. The COMPACT LINE has been developed with modern styling and design to satisfy market demand as to high flow performance, high pressures with high efficiency and very small dimensions. The COMPACT LINE is available both to DIN and to SAE standards and may be mounted either direct or with a drive shaft. If necessary it can also be augmented with a by-pass valve. The COMPACT LINE has the following advantages: High maximum speed, low noise level, smooth running and long bearing life. Oil leakage has been eliminated by fitting O-rings on all sealing surfaces, including those of the power take-off. Thanks to a stop shoulder on the angle housing it is easy to reverse the direction of rotation of a COMPACT LINE pump without any risk of mistimed gear meshing.
Sunfab SL
The SL series, SLIM LINE, consists of dual-flow pumps in eight different sizes, of which three models offer differentiated flow. This type of pump can supply three different flow rates; a low flow rate, a high flow rate and a combined flow rate. Dual-flow pumps offer a more versatile and economical solution than the conventional approach of using two pumps connected to a distribution manifold. With their concave sides, which minimise installation dimensions, SL pumps can often be mounted directly on a power take-off even where the installation space is limited. These pumps can, of course, also be mounted on a frame with an adapter shaft. Installation standard ISO 7653-D/DIN 5462.
Sunfab SVH
 The Sunfab variable axial piston pumps SVH for load-sensing systems are designed for installation directly on a truck power take-off, but are of course also suitable for normal between-axle installation. The Sunfab variable pumps have a maximum pressure of 40 MPa, and are in two sizes with displacements of 92 cm 3 / rotation and 112 cm 3 / rotation respectively. They are designed for heavy duty operation of forestry cranes, piece goods cranes, sludge pumps, refuse collection trucks and applications containing snow ploughs and salt spreaders. The SVH pumps are dependent on rotation and has to be ordered as right-hand or left-hand rotation versions. Recommended filtration efficiency is 18/13 in accordance with ISO 4406.
